This policy explains what personal data is collected through this website, how it is used, and your rights in relation to that data.

Who I am

This website is operated by Ian Billage. If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how your personal data is handled, you can contact me at ian.billage@fbconsultants.co.uk.

How your data is used

Your personal data is used only for the purposes of:

  • Communicating with you about the matter you have contacted me about
  • Maintaining appropriate business records where necessary

Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically request or consent to that.

The lawful basis for processing your personal data is consent and, where relevant, the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a business relationship.

How form submissions are handled

This website uses Formspree to process contact form submissions. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted securely to Formspree so that it can be delivered to me by email.

The form also uses spam protection measures, including reCAPTCHA, to help prevent misuse and automated submissions.

Data sharing

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website and contact form, such as Formspree and reCAPTCHA.

Data retention

Personal data submitted through the contact form will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and maintain appropriate records, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data in certain circumstances
