Helping charities make sensible technology decisions with clarity and confidence.
With more than 30 years working in IT, including leadership roles such as CTO and VP of Engineering, we have broad experience in technology strategy, delivery, operational oversight, and leadership. Over that time, I have worked with organisations facing a wide range of technology challenges, from growth and change through to complexity, cost pressure, and risk.
Our work with charities is shaped by the reality that technology decisions in this sector need to be practical, proportionate, and well explained. Budgets are limited, internal expertise is often stretched, and boards and leadership teams need confidence that decisions are well founded.
We help charities understand where they are today, what their options are, and what sensible next steps look like. That may mean reviewing systems, guiding a software decision, helping frame a roadmap, or simply acting as an experienced sounding board.
An important part of our approach is independence. We do not resell software or promote particular vendors. Our role is to help you choose what is right for your organisation.
We also understand the importance of communicating clearly with non-technical audiences. Good advice should be understandable, actionable, and relevant to the real decisions in front of you.
Good technology should support people, protect data, and strengthen the organisation’s ability to deliver its mission.
